Taking photos of yourself can be boring and exciting at the same time. Sometimes I feel like I force a lot of outfits to keep content up and running, but something was different about this outfit. I really enjoyed myself this time.
This suit is one of the first suits I’ve ever bought and probably the cheapest. Aside from wear and tear this is still to date one of the best suits I own. I like my clothes tight but not too tight. It’s hard to get exact fitting when bringing clothes to a tailor but man this suit hits the spot every time. I spiced this up with a waistcoat from one of my favorite custom suit makers to add a very unique look. Enjoy

It’s been a while since I last posted something. I’ve been super busy with work and home renovations. So, bare with me I plan to get back on track very soon. I also have been doing a lot of suit repeats so I need to give myself a chance to revamp. My new suit finally came in from Christien Kollection.
His suit making is impeccable, as always. This is a simple houndstooth print. It has a lot of character and mixes and matches very well. Up close you can see the black and white details, but from afar it almost looks gray. I know you missed me, so eat your hearts out.

Blue and white are two of the best colors every created. Why? Because they go well with every other color in the rainbow.
When it comes to suiting, white is a very risky color. It’s very bold and bright. God forbid if you spill something, you will ruin the entire suit. But white is also a risk worth taking. It is the most elegant color in the spectrum. To most white seems simple and plain, to me I see a canvas of opportunity.
But Chris you haven’t said anything about blue! Blue is just blue. Everyone loves blue, it truly is the perfect color for any occasion.
p.s. Sorry about the limited posting, I just bought a house and things are quite hectic.

Suspenders, what dapper invention.
I love suspenders because I HATE belts. I think belts ruin an entire look. The only way I every wear is belt is if it’s an absolute must or I can cover it with my shirt. Belts are ugly, I don’t care what you think. But suspenders, that’s something you can brag about. Suspenders are typically hidden from view so, you can have any cray color/combo you desire. Suspenders are like a “show off” piece. Most people will never know you have them, but the ones that notice will always ask to see them. Why? Because they are not typically worn in today’s society. Word to the wise, don’t get clip on suspenders I think those are just as tacky as belts. If you can’t get a suit made for suspenders, take the pants to a tailor and ask them to remove the belt loops and put in suspender buttons.
P.S. An added suspender bonus is that if you lose weight and have to tighten the suspenders they won’t cause the crunching of the pants like a tighten belt will do. (You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about.)

You can never go wrong with midnight blue.
Midnight (or Dark Navy) blue will never go out of style. It is elegant yet powerful. It is the perfect color for any environment, i.e. going to work or going to the bar. Embrace the power of midnight blue by using dark accent pieces to compliment the beautiful color. Bright pieces will draw your attention away so avoid using them at all costs. Midnight blue should be first on the list for any, first time, suit buyer. Enjoy.
